Please note, that additional delivery charges will apply in all exchange/refund circumstances.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Please note, that because sheepskin and leather are natural products, small marks cannot be considered a manufacturing fault. Such marks will not affect the performance of the footwear.
The Ugg Boot Lady is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Terms & Conditions
1. Orders & Delivery
* All orders placed through this web site are subject to confirmation and acceptance by The Ugg Boot Lady.
* The Ugg Boot Lady may vary prices in the event of price changes or mistakes made by suppliers on reasonable prior notice to you.
2. Returns & Refunds
All product returns are subject to The Ugg Boot Lady returns policy (see above), which forms part of these terms and conditions.
3. Prices & Payment
* For each online order, you must pay:
1. the applicable price for the relevant goods, confirmed by The Ugg Boot Lady
2. the delivery and handling fee
* COD charges are not accpeted.
* Before goods are dispatched, payment must be made in full and must be cleared .
* The currency conversion amounts appearing within this site are for your information purposes only and are approximate amounts in your selected currency. All payments are processed in Australian Dollars and converted to the local currency by your credit card provider and do not include fees charged by the credit card provider. As a result, the actual amount charged in the international currency may vary slightly from the amount shown by the currency conversion facility. This is beyond the control of The Ugg Boot Lady

5. Pictures
The Ugg Boot Lady aims to include up-to-date pictures of all products on this web site. Our pictures of the products may, however, differ from the actual products.
Every attempt possible is made to reflect the actual colour of the products in the pictures presented. Ugg boots and other sheepskin products may exhibit some irregularities and variations in colour and texture. These variations are characteristic of fine sheepskin and add to the beauty and character of the footwear.
Individual monitors and computer settings also vary the accuracy of pictures displayed. As such, The Ugg Boot Lady accepts no responsibility if the product received is not identical to that displayed on your computer.
6. Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to import taxes/duties. Please contact your local customs authority for further information. Any such taxes are the responsibility of the parcel recipient and are not paid by The Ugg Boot Lady.
